- Villa Romana was built in 1998 as the retreat beach home of an Italian family who were among the first ones to "discover" the enchants of the Pedasi area back in the early 90's.

The attention to details is found everywhere. The colors make the house blend in with its surroundings and the layout takes perfect advantage of its unique oceanfront location. One could easily assume that Villa Romana has been there for centuries...
The inspiration for its architecture is essentially Italian, but with a tropical flavor.
